I really appreciate Josh's teaching style and I will go though many/all of his lessons. However, this one confused me because what I heard didn't line up with what was taught slowly. Through several slow playbacks of this video, I learned that what he plays initially, and faster later, is different than what he plays in the slow string-by-string version, which is missing the 3rd from last note on string-3 (G) played with the index finger. Adding this note pulls it together.
