N.K. probably has 2-3 nuclear missiles, which are not able to reach the US, Tokyo maybe, but the last one is protected by US rockets (Patriot and etc) and there is a low-level possibility that Tokyo will be destroied by N.K.

If Iran, or N.K. launches a Nuke into any country, they will scare the crap out of the whole world, and that is their purpose, To intimidate, to terrorize. They will hold the world and the free nations hostage to their demands.
Think of N.K. saying, "If you don't give me what I want, I launch another Nuke into Tokyo."
Same with Iran, just change the target to Isreal, or India.
