Although I don't always agree with Vedder, I do on this subject. Every time I her David Fricke (of RS magazine) speak, I feel like kicking him in the balls. He thinks he knows everything there is to know about music, but he votes to put Madonna in the Rock and Roll h.o.f. What about Rush, what about AC/DC? Biased, perhaps???

i'm not saying this because pearl jam is my favourite band, but r.s is trash. the proof lies in their reviews from 20-30+ years ago. they would trash an album, give it 1 or 2 out of 5, and then after decades of that album gaining notoriety, they'll put it in their 'best of' or 'top albums' lists. it's like they jump on bandwagons so they're not the black sheep of critics.
