Agriculture minister William Rruto has waded into the emotive debate over whether the kadhi courts should be retained in the constitution or not. The Eldoret north legislator is of the view that since the courts did affect the way of life of christians then there was no problem if they were retained in the constitution. Ruto's sentiments were echoed by cabinet minister Yusuf Haji and other muslim leaders during a fundraising for a madrassa to be constructed in dujis constituency.
Kenyan christians are just being stupid! There's no way the Kadhi's court will affect Xtians! misplaced patriotism and fanaticism for nothing over nothing! Let the muslims have their courts!
