@An3Ramone What you say is true in most western countries, but think that it's like they live in a world where the Swastika has very little or even no relation to racism or totalitarism at all. It's true that for european and americans alike it's unthinkable to use this symbol as something positive, so much that there are laws on several western countries that forbid the use of the Swastika in any way. It's all about cultural background, and ours differs from theirs in this aspect.

@lcselbach still man, if you are anti-nazi or anti racist you are not going to use a swastika even though it means good luck :S

@searching4agoodend you're welcome ^^ glad I could be of assistance.

The Swastika is actually a symbol for good luck, and it's widely used in eastern cultures with that meaning. Lots of temples around Asia use it and has nothing to do with the Nazi movement. Hitler apropriated it for having some relation with the arian people hundreds of years ago and, for that, it's the symbol most related with the nazi movement on western countries. check wikipedia article on it for more information =)

The symbol is called 'manji', meaning whirlwind. It's a reverse manji (called 'gyaku manji' or 'ura manji'). The manji symbolizes Dharma, harmony, & balance. The gyaku manji represents intellect & strength. Do a search for 'manji symbol' or '逆卍' for more info. Or, like lcselbach said, check wikipedia.
