@gldanny Where does it say that non-Muslims in the UK should abide by Shariah?
-
@gldanny Your understanding is skewed. The "might" is the pre-nup, the marriage contract.
-
Oh WOW, she can make a contract with her husband that says that a rich woman doesnt have to do house work? Omg thats so awesome and so FREAKING obvious, as the matter of fact it is so obvious that NO well off couple who can afford house workers, dont make a contract, they just hire help as a given. But thank you for pointing out something obvious

Id like to gldanny. If u fall for this trick ud have LITERALLY signed a contract with the devil AND NO MATTER HOW APPEALING THE INITIAL OFFER HE ALWAYS COMES TO COLLECT. Ofcourse theres gonna be some +ve things to lure u in BUT u must consider the FINE PRINT i.e. men can then beat their wives, force them to have sex with them or even get away with rape, control their every movement as shed have to ask permission fgor each and everything. In other words she becomes TOTALLY DEPENDENT.

Has the BBC gone mad? :/
Fucking appeasers the lot of them.

Don't watch this video. It is a crazy Islamist extremist calling for the introduction of Sharia law in the UK. He is extremely dishonest in the introduction, not to mention his channel name, so you are probably expecting something very different from what this video is actually about.
The BBC should be utterly ashamed of themselves for promoting this kind of unaccountable tyranny.
Do a web or yahoo search for "one law for all" instead.

the arguments here are so silly, the premise is the women are much less than men and they actually need to have it stated in their sharia agreement that the woman MIGHT be excused from house work. this is another example of the BBC muslim apologetics promoting tyrannic values over liberal values. to be continued...
and even if there are some theoretical benefits in those sharia agreements that doesn't mean that UK should start living by them, i think that the past hundreds of years (the renaissance, the era of enlightenment) of cultural development have put the UK and the rest of europe in a superior moral position than the seventh century desert ethics promoted by the BBC
