A Barbeque By Apex BBQ

This is a professional Barbecue by ApexBBQ caterers from the UK (find us at www.apexbb.co.uk). This is a promotional video showing what we are capable of doing in terms of event catering. It was for a party of 60 or so, and perfect to film without too much distraction, but we can cater for up to 5,000 people. All the meat is sourced locally and all the sausages are made to our own recipe by our local butcher. The burgers we use are 100% beef and the majority of all the salads and vegetables we used here came from our own market garden farm, picked that morning and some of the bread rolls selection were baked by us fresh.
