In 1988 -1989 (and beyond) There were people from all over the world jacking to the sound of the underground in NYC & Chicago clubs including people from Moscow... And then they'd take the songs back to their country and jack there. Don't be a closed minded idiot

Hi i thing im ther only one from Germany which has heard in 88 this sound,and erverbody was shocked about me,cause they never heard a sound like this,some off them heard michael or nwa public eminem,then a gave them yoh gett funky,and the dance floor exploded like bnever before.
