360 roundhouse kick

Drilling my this technique not cause i find it flashy but It can be useful.

This move i learned from watching Taekwondo Videos and Volume 1 of Secrets of Chute Boxe.

@pimpmstr89 It's cool dude. I'm way more flexible now since from when this was taken. And I actually find ways to use this when sparring with friends and it works haha. They usually see me attempt the leg kick so they drop their guard but then the don't see the high kick coming lol.

@PsYc0tIkDrEaM yeah its a clever little move. i seen shogun use this kick in his fight against ricardo arona but arona is a pro fighter so he sees that shit coming. if i get my lazy ass off the couch maybe i can get back into this shit. im just wasted talent right now. but keep training man nothing bad to say about you or your video. respect man.
