  • one tip she did not mention : in your thesis statement, DO NOT use "i". Q ex.) Between cats and dogs, which animals make better pets? bad answer ex.) i believe that cats are better than dogs. this sentence above is... -weak in the views of the reader. - built upon opinion. -not considering the other side of the argument. -not referring to which make better pets a better thesis would be... ex. though dogs can make great pets, cats make better pets.
