SF3:3SOE - How to troll with Chun-Li

I'm posting this to try to learn from my mistakes and because I found this to be amusing. At the time, I kind of felt that I was being trolled, and even now watching this, I do. I know all of you "playtowinordienub!" guys out there might call me a scrub for posting this, because it makes me seem like a sore loser. While my playing is certainly of the scrubby caliber, I am always open to suggestions/critiques and whatever else to improve, even if I don't play this game as much as I should be to consider myself a serious player. I just happened to want to entertain myself with this game yesterday, and voila. I'd consider myself "casually serious" haha.

Looking back on this video, I can see that I got too comfortable whiffing stuff. You might say I gave him too much credit by not jumping in on him to at least test the waters during the first round when I was cornered on the left p1 side. At 0:37ish, that mindless cr.lk xx qcf+lk is the result of my 3D fighting game roots. I don't know what to say for myself; those jumpins while Chun was cornered were mindless and even pointless, but I scored a nice throw around that point. Then I did something rather uncharacteristic of myself and went for 3 j.hk's in a row, but hey, I was getting impatient and...desperate. At least the st.hk connected, haha. 1:08: Maybe a superjump d+hp would've saved me??

2nd round is more of the same. -_-

Lol, Duelist actually isn't bad at al, but he was definitely trolling.

He doesn't even play Chun. He loves makoto.

@Ihatethisshitcalled Thanks for commenting. By posting this, I wasn't trying to make him look bad, or suggest that he was. I just found it funny. Maybe I should've put his name in the tags, but at the time I was weary of him finding the vid and talking smack through messages/comments (as stupid as it sounds). I'd tag him now but I'm feeling too lazy for such things, haha.

I don't think I've played this once since I made this vid either. *sigh* So many games, not enough time.

Lol, I hear you, but when it comes to fighters, this is the only one i usually play. Should be getting some KOFXIII in before evo, but ah well.

I say pick it up sometime, 'cause competition still goes strong in this game!
