I liked Hunter S. Thompson's book Hells Angels the best - it's clear, objective writing and Thompson hadn't crossed over in to drug induced rants. And Hunter S Thompson was doing the honorable thing here objecting to some man beating a woman and beating a dog - good for him. He was wrong to go to the police, he should have just licked his wounds and publicized the fact that certain HAs behave like punks, thugs.
