First off, all my creations are legitimately made without mods or anything like that. I took what I learned about water physics from kulinsj's Glass Volcano video and did further experimentations with it these past months. I haven't seen any other builds that control flowing water in this manner and I wanted to challenge myself to see what I can make with it.
Here is a quick tutorial for anyone interested in trying out these water tricks themselves (NOTE: Beta 1.2_02):

Most of my water projects are surrounding my Mountain Modern Home, I'm showing them in a counter-clockwise direction. You 1st get a view of it from the Mojang logo, which was my 1st water project I completed late last December before Beta came along.
From the main entrance is my latest project, the Water Shrine, that took me over 2 weeks to complete. Inside you will see my Flaming Water Cube Garden. I plan on replacing the upper stone slabs surrounding them for the wooden ones, as soon as I update.
In front is my Swirl Sphere, which only took me a week to finish, right before I started working on the Water Shrine. The water and lava are swirling around a sphere of gold blocks, each diameter measuring 5, 13, 21.
And finally, maybe half a kilometer up north is my Watery Ruins (or Mojang Ruins, Waterhenge, or whatever you like to call it). Originally it was just the logo in the sky, with water freely flowing at maximum altitude. Eventually I thought it would look better if I made water columns in an outline of the logo, mirrored directly below it. I set the height of it just below the cloud line to make it appear almost as if the Mojang logo was raining down on the desert, bringing life to it.

What's the seed?

@iManiacTT It's back from the days of Alpha, so the generated seed is completely different now.

How you make the pillars behind the Water(are they directly behind the waterwall)? i try to copy it and its really hard! You did a great job (Y) :)

@MrMoeay Yeah it is directly behind it, some people can't seem to figure that one out. It's a matter of first placing blocks you intend to keep before adding water walls to shape.

omfg how do you put blocks on top of the water walls n make them stay like that ):::

@XxXthugXxX420XxX I made water walls UNDER the blocks, if it's the temple you're referring to.
