Dimitri & Ella(Cinderella)-If it makes you less sad...

Ok everybody, this is supposed to be a very emotional story, so in order to get all my ideas out there, I had to crop a lot and it ended up making some clips blurry, so I hope you all don't mind! Ok, so now let me move on to the plot!

Plot (This will be long everybody...sorry!):

First things first. This is a story about Dimitri and Ella (Cinderella), but their younger selves are played by Jim(Treasure Planet), and Jane(Peter Pan 2).

Dimitri and Ella had been friends since before they could even remember. As children, Dimitri was always the strong, sensible, courteous one, while Ella was stubborn, blunt, and passionate. They were opposites, but their friendship meant the world to them. One dreary day, Ella found out that her father was summoned to go to war to fight for their country. Ella's father was her sun. Aside from Dimitri, he was the most important person in her life. The news devastated her, but her father promised he would return to them.And this is where the video begins! (If you're still reading THANK YOU so much. It means a lot to me.) The video starts out in pictures showing Dimitri and Ella's life as the years pass. The gray and sepia colors will be representing past memories. The video starts with a flashback of Dimitri and Ella's wedding. Their love for each other grew into a beautiful romantic relationship, and Dimitri had asked to marry her. He had always been in love with Ella and just wanted her happiness. At the time of their marriage, Dimitri was 23, and Ella was 19. But even at her wedding, Ella was miserable. She had dreamed about this moment for years. The moment where her loving father would have walked her down the aisle. However, 2 years earlier, her family had been informed that her father had died in the war. Ella's grandfather took his place that day at the wedding. And though she was very much in love with Dimitri, the pain of losing her father had destroyed her world, and it was evident.So after the flash back, we fast forward to present time. Ella and Dimitri have been separated for a few months, and she has asked for a divorce. They have a son, Jack, who is four years old. He has been a witness to the struggle of his parent's relationship. Ella never recovered after the death of her father, who constantly haunted her mind. Dimitri did everything in his power to try to help her feel safe and wanted. He tried be there for her as a friend, a lover, and a shoulder to cry on, or someone to yell at my when she was angry. But none of this worked for Ella. She was still traumatized, and refused to talk about the loss of her father. This put a barrier in their relationship, and Ella ended up pushing Dimitri away for her, thinking it would be better for everybody. Dimitri was heart-broken.
So one day, he shows up at Ella's doorstep to try to work things out before the divorce becomes final. Ella slams the door in his face. She does not realize that by trying to protect Dimitri from herself, she is actually causing him greater suffering. So, life goes on. Dimitri works as a chauffeur for a very wealthy woman. Ella works at home.
Dimitri tries to talk with Ella once more. Again, they argue; of course, with Ella initiating the yelling. Finally, Dimitri decides to give Ella the space she has been asking for. He does not want to give up on her or leave his son, but if he sticks around any longer, her agonizing pain will kill him. He leaves. Then, my video shows more encounters of them together as time goes by. Dimitri tries desperately to reach Ella's heart, but she shuts it away from him. At social events, he watches her making acquaintances with other men. On many nights, Ella cries herself to sleep, missing her father, and missing her best friend.
One day, Ella goes to church to ask God for forgiveness. She knows she is not well, and that she has pushed everybody she ever loved away from her. She has been mad at the world for so long, and had not realized that even though she lost her father, she was still blessed with a beautiful child and a compassionate, loving, forgiving, best friend and husband. Dimitri is at church as well and sees her in the crowd of people that are praying. He leaves quickly, afraid that she'll think he's spying on her. Ella's heart aches with longing for him again.

That night, Dimitri was going to head back to his father's house, but decided other wise. Seeing Ella at church that day made him think of their past, and how much he loved her, so he leaves the train station with high hopes of seeing his wife and son again. Meanwhile at home, a thief breaks into Ella's house. Dimitri reaches Ella in time...and the police and neighbors arrive.

All his life, Dimitri had given his heart and soul for Ella. Everything he ever did was for her well-being. And now, the wound killed him. He had saved her for the last time...

This was stunning! I just had to sit for a while to take it all in..i didn't need to read the story to understand, you pieced it together so well. I loved teh part about earasing myself from all the pictures and he was gone from them all...fav..I am so lucky to have found you on youtube, your work inspires me.
