Although we had a lot of thick mist over Brussels it was dry, which enabled us to take a long walk around the city. Like Paris, you can walk all the major sights in a day, but I was taken aback by how much there is to see in Brussels. I have been here a few times before but never ventured out of the Grand Place area. You can reach our guide at http://www.eurodestination.com/Short%20Breaks/Eurostar%20City%20Breaks/review...

  • i am flying into brussels in october to travel Europe. Any suggestions on where i might want to go inside Brussels? some clubs or tourist points? thanks

  • @mitchellcowie121 Stay in the Grand Place area and go from there, you won't go far wrong that way.

  • Through my Europe trip, I stopped in Brussels to catch a flight to Madrid, Spain. Unfortunately, by the time I arrived I didn't have much time to visit but the locals I did meet were amazing people and I'd like to go back, especially after watching this video!

  • @eurodestination Thanks alot!

  • @eurodestination Amsterdam has good English too? :D

  • @DremordDrale I have done business in Brussels for years, it's as good as Amsterdam for English.

  • @eurodestination Hmm, interesting. Did you notice if it was fluent or just basic chatter? lol

  • @DremordDrale English never a problem in Brussels, nearly everyone speaks it.

  • The birth place of Pierre Culliford who created The Smurfs

  • @tucknasty89 haha that's a funny question! but indeed,Brussels is FULL of muslims,it's a bit like the Mexicans in San Diego.Muslims are everywhere in Belgium, not only in Brussels. The most of them live around Hasselt and Genk but to answer your question,Brussels is full of it but it's not only Brussels that has that 'problem'.

greetings from a Belgian that lives 24/7 with Muslims.
