I see, and yeah.. actually, I've been a victim of that on a few occasions... now that you mention it, there a few differences that sets this apart from GSXCC.. but as we pointed out, this one doesn't really follow the rules =P
Oh and sorry for the accusation -- there really are some inconsiderate people that done such things and I jumped the gun just a bit x.x
I wonder what else ya got~

Isn't this just a MIDI made by someone else from the VGMusic website translated with GSXCC?
That and this particular song doesn't translate well with this program. (BTW, I uploaded a few songs onto that website several years back. My name 'may' be familiar cause of that)

Oh, no I actually made this from scratch in FL studio. I made it using 8-bit instruments but with no limitations, which is why it doesn't sound like it follows 8-bit rules...it doesn't. :P
In fact, I've loaded a couple midis onto vgmusic and found GSXCC versions of them on youtube without being credited. so i know the frustration. :x
but yeah i know what you mean when you say this totally doesn't sound legit. ive recently switched to famitracker for (more real) 8-bit stuff.

@branflakes325 In that case, it's a chiptune, not an 8-bit song.
