Listen To Your Heart -Kevin Jonas One-shot*

Happy Thanksgiving! :)

Every time he talks to me, I can't help
but notice how his eyes have a sparkle that
they've never had before. His smile is so
genuine, not fake.

He's slowly calling my heart, It's like a
certain charm he has, and I don't want to
escape the feeling.

The question. He asked the question, Will
you be my girlfriend? I was shocked that he'd
ask me out of all people, but at the same time
unsure of my answer.

I haven't had the best luck with relationships.
Everything always faltered. I had options to
weigh, I could listen to my heart and say yes,
or try to protect myself and say no.

Being heart broken isn't fun. That's why no
stood out most to me. Then I realized that,
"a broken heart is like a broken mirror. It's
better to leave it broken than hurt yourself
trying to fix it."

I was contemplating between which to choose,
yes or no. Such a tough decision.

Now, I could be daring and listen to my heart.
Show all the others that they won't affect my
life or me for that matter.

I weighed the pros and cons out, and I made
my decision.

Yes. I told him yes. I went for it. The daring
way is where I went. Love is friendship set on
fire. It's true my feelings have been exhilarating
and I love it.

I'm glad I listened to my heart instead of telling
him goodbye. That special person is Kevin Jonas.

Remember listen to your heart when he's
calling for you...
