@rts4761 ... i think he was born in Hawaii, but was unable to produce one...his mother re-married in Indonesia. When he visited countries he hadnt changed his name plus he also went into other countries and had to declare citizenship on his Indonesian passport. But, by virtue of being born of an American he can claim citizenship retro-actively. He just didnt have a birth certificate there for Hawaii.
