Evo 8 reinitialize sunroof....HELP

following directions from evom.net...still wont work! also it gets stuck before trying to open sometimes...anyone with comments on how to help me or have a video how to?

Then once you've done the one below, do the steps again from evomt. Also, the grind is perfectly fine. That's how the motor knows its right at the end.

No don't replace the motor. It means its still getting stuck and when you did the learning mode steps the motor didn't like it which is on 0:18-0:20. I recently replaced mine and I don't recall I have to press the button twice to have it on 'tilt'. All you got to do is close the sunroof on flat undo the 4 screws, you see it there and you'll have to use a star screw or torque screw and re align it. Your motor is perfectly fine.

@vadimroschin Replace motor or i would jump the wires from the switch to make sure its not the switch this is an easy one i promise! pm me if you need some more info on it! glad to help nice evo!

Well at least yours opens mine just kinda grinds and dose not move. I would make sure that the rails it rides on are clean. Good luck
