Rules:
The most important rule that I forgot to add in the video is that you MUST be a subscriber!
-You may enter regardless of where you live
-In order to place 1st-5th you must post a video response to this video with a video including your inspiration "piece" and your makeup.
-If you cannot make a video, you're still eligible place 6th-25th and to do so you must email photos of your inspiration and your makeup to makeupbyrisa@yahoo.com
-If you are under 18, please ask your parents permission
-The contest ends at 11:59pm PST on January 7th, 2010
