If a disease is cursing your party you should make sure you have either Sarabun or Oksana (Which you already got) or both in your party, they're both skilled in medical attention, and then go rest at the taverns to wait out the disease.

If you're not enemy with a faction but wishes to be you should attack caravans which gives you a lot of cash as you know but also a hard beating to the faction.

Highest prices -> down are only sorted for those you're looting/buying from, they're manual sorted by you though.

Another one is that, you should upgrade Intelligense and Charisma rather then actual fighting skills since this game is more about controlling your men then actual fighting.

Then you have to hope for the allied faction to gain peace with some of the other ones, though when you're a noble with a faction you can do this "special mission" with the mayor and he will give you a mission about doing peace. It's never easy to gain relations. See of which one you have the highest relationship with and start working from there. Sweden are pretty powerful and rare.

The enemies run from you when you have greater numbers or a more qulified troops.

There is some ways for you to get neutral instead of enemy with the factions, one of them is by paying a high amount of cash to the mayors in the different towns, but doing that you have to sneak into the town which is always risky, the higher number of troops you have the greater chance it is for you to get caught while you're trying to sneak in. You could also try making "special story driven missions"

to one of the kings/leaders in the game and try being a noble. Then you're kinda protected.
