Most specials and supers that affect giants (Tekkaman's lariat, Alex's special grabs, Casshern's B version Friender and j.236C, etc.) will affect Oni Soki. Think of Oni Soki as a tiny giant who cannot get dizzied.

Not really. I totally made my friend waste his whole 5 bars trying to catch me when he used soki's 3rd hyper combo. You can always do things like casshan's air QCF + Heavy knock the guy to the floor. Soki is not 100% invulnerable when he use his uhh Black omni form was it? there are always ways around to avoid or hit him without him attacking you back.

Wait... what?!!!! I've had to replay that combo of specials in the beginning so many times, and I still don't understand how it took so much life. Very clever, though.
