@semajgnik Atheism is not a world view, It is a possition on a single issue. I don't deny/reject that which I don't believe exists. I don't believe he created me, and I don't believe he exists. You still havn't provided any evidence for this. Santa Clause exists because there is no evidence that he doesn't. That is your logic, or rather, lack of it.

Uh, no, that's purely due to the phenomenon known as "political correctness" it's for the same reason you can't make brash claims about Islam, call African Americans by the N-word, or really any racial slurs at all... or question why Hajim from Pakistan didn't fill out his Visa correctly...

Meh, it's meta, cultural, self-imposed limitation, there's no conspiracy enforcing it. You might suggest Jews helped to introduce the idea, but that's about it.

@Alaskaslim - I will grant that most Jews are not involved in film and media so therefore the criticism I made ealier may not resonate true if applied to them. While I did say "most Jews are not involved in film and media" I will add the Most people with any type of authority involved in film and media are Jewish. Which is where my opinion holds true. This is why Sham Harris keeps getting a free pass on discussing legitimate critical aspects of Judaism, and he bashes Christianity often

Ad there's nothing wrong, ostensibly with that, but this man right here, Harris, chooses to make it more than that one issue.

He chooses to make it a position, that all who are theists are inferior intellectually, are would-be terrorists, and that a sciences-based morality system is superior to anything that Theists operate with.

I do believe you're generalizing.That is not how most Jews think. Do some think that way? Yes, but the sort of thinking of "Oh people of my social group are superior to that other social group" is not unique to Judaism.

People of environmental-centric thinking, for instance, tend to think themselves smarter than those who run businesses that cut down trees, even as they use products that use those trees.
