Italian Coast Guard Helicopter MEDEVAC 22.03.10.mpg

Italian Coast Guard helicopter Medevc from cruise ship 'Louis Majesty'. A 65 years old woman had an heart attack and had to be brought to the hospital immediately. The medevac took place on the stern side of the ship and the position of the boat was 120 Nautical Miles off coast from Sicilian shoreline. The Helicopter took off from Catania Airport when the ship was 140 miles off coast. The ship has been instructed to maintain course and speed (270°-20 Kts). Due to the distance the time on target was just 20 minutes (bingo fuel).
