I thought it was actually Tander who won the PI round in 2000? It says Tander on the Wikipedia page for the 2000 Championship, and I just rewatched my highlights DVD for that year- Lowndes won race 1, Baird won race 2. Tander won the round because he had more points than anyone.

Might have been, I always thought Baird did pick up a round win though. More interesting than Tanduh winning another round.
