Yeah Thanx I have been doing some stretches on here every morning should I do them more often I really want to improve and get up to starting keeper as I am back up :)

@Jekka67 Yes, you could do the stretches twice per day. Or go to my website that I mentioned before and you can download the new Ultimate Guide to Flexible and Durable Hips for Goalies. Also make sure you are doing some sort of connective tissue release with a foam roll or lacrosse ball - you can see it in the videos. That will give you a great start! Please let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers.

whats the best workout to make rep hockey i am 13 yrs old and i amin minor bantam
MrMarc1220 4 months ago
@MrMarc1220 it depends a little bit on whether you have done any off-ice training in the past, what injuries you have had, what position you play and how much time you have to commit to your training. Sorry to answer your question with a question. If you are really serious about your goals and you have not done any training before, then your best bet is to work with a trainer who has experience working with hockey players. This will help you train safely and effectively.
