@avery5of5 same here in fayettecville nc at ihop for some reason they planted the tropical palms you see above in the video royal palms native to south florida, on the 26 of december we got 8 inches of snow with a low of 14 the next day they were brown, withered and dead.
haha.. A week before the snow in Florida it snowed 16in at my house in Texas. For some reason like 3 stores in my town planted palm trees. ha they have been covered up all winter but it got down to 5 the other night and every single one of the palm trees are dead!
Yep, that's snow! I was here in Tampa in 1977 when it snowed about half an inch. It stayed on the ground and was a site to see. My sister and I hid from the school bus so we wouldn't have to go to school. Mom and Dad didn't mind at all. Unfortunately, it killed our 33 acre orange grove.

Lucky, we live in the panhandle, in Pensacola, but it didn't snow then. However, we may have snow today, but I dunno.
