It's time for Capitol to put out a comprehensive Lettermen anthology, IMO.

This was performed by the Decatur First Christian Youth Choir way back in 1974 & 75.
To all associated with that group. The memories are still vivid and the love just grows.
May God continue to bless you all, as knowing you has blessed me.

This is just so beautiful! It brought tears to my eyes, and I'm so happy for you and your family/friends that Abbie has survived! I sang this with my high-school choir a 'few' decades ago! I just sang along with this video. *THANKYOU!*

This full orchestra version is on Readers Digest's 4-CD "Lettermen's Greatest Hits and Performances" series. Don't know if it's still available though.

Something told me to go to this version of this beautiful song and imagine my surprise finding my comment from a year ago. I thought I had it on the acapello version. Really happy Abbie now runs around like all the other little girls. I've had 2 more grandkids since last being in touch! 6 total !
