I hate to compare styles, but this reminds me of Baxter's style of hooping. Could I be mistaken? Did you take classes from him?

Thanks so much for the love. Yes, I do kinda know Baxter-- ; > --he has been my teacher AND the love of my life for the last 2 1/2 years! I have been so blessed. When we were first falling in love, he was this hoop badass and I was a total weird awkward beginner (crying regularly in inept frustration) but he is one of the most gifted teachers I have ever known and through a wonderful process of daily hooping, class and conversation, I've learned so much. And I love him to pieces.
