Learn how to make sushi rolls. This instructional video will give you the steps to make perfect sushi every time!

Other names for Sushi rice are "Kagayaki" or"Koshihikari" rice

Recipe:
1 cup Sushi Rice
1 Tbs Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
Sesame seeds
3 cooked Shrimp
1/2 small Cucumber
2 Tbs cream cheese

Cook rice to packaged instructions. Mix in 1 Tbs of Vinegar per 1 cup of uncooked rice. Fluff rice with a fork while fanning it until it is cool. Spread rice on rough side of seaweed sheet and leave a 1 inch boarder on the bottom. Flip so rice is down on bamboo mat/plastic wrap and non-rice space is on the bottom. Put filling on seaweed about 1/3 of the way up from the bottom. Roll with bamboo mat and cut with a wet serrated knife. Enjoy!!

  • where can i get sushi rice?!

  • @MiZzRiVeRa86 You should really be able to find it at any decent size grocery store. Look with the other rices or look in the asian or international section. It will probably be in a plastic container more often than a box.

  • Don't lift the lid on the rice after its cooked, there's no peeking!!! Just turn off the heat and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
