what about Knin and the genocide of 200,000 serbs by Croats? why did NATO not bomb Croatia? compare that to Bosnia and Mladic's actions.

I think the book Chomsky is speaking about is "Collision Course: NATO, Russia, and Kosovo" by john norris, with preamble of U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbott.

First of all I am not against Jews nor any nation for sure but I believe that Israel's politics are really strong in U.S and in other countries. Now Obama have some problem with Israel state and Jewish lobby because he just want to temper Israel's Neo-Con strategies a little bit in middle east.

I am Turk. I would say to the all the Balkan nations that please don't believe and do not support the fascist and racist propagandas which are impelled by USA's strategies. All these fucking wars have one reason: Money and big monopol corporations interest that is hidden under the magic word democracy! . I would ask to the Albanian people in Kosovo that: Do you feel really independent when all Kosovo's natural resources are gonna be taken by US and its companies?

I am Croatian, born in Canada. I would agree with many of your observations and ideas. All war is well planned and is designed for some particular interest. Usually a monetary interest. Have you seen "Why we Fight"? It details very easily how profitable war is becoming. Also, any time you have imperialists involved, you just know they are trying to install some kind of puppet regime and further carve the World Map for their own benefit. Profit over People!! We live in a sick, sick world.

Petar, you summarized it very well. we live in a sick world. So called ''religion wars'', ignorance, brainwashed people.. Welcome back to the 'Middle-Ages' times. Yesterday Latin America countries, Yugoslavia, Iraq, Afghanistan tomorrow Iran(though I hate the regime there) , and more likely central asian countries. I wish the majority of the world have leaders like Fidel, Evo Morales, Tito etc..

If Bill Clinton was really concerned about the safety of a particular ethnic group -- in this case, the Albanians -- why then did he sponsor the bombing of an entire nation with a diverse ethnic background?

Did he care about the Albanians in Belgrade during NATO's air campaign? Despite the fact that there was no evidence of ethnic cleansing to begin with, we wasted billions of tax dollars to bomb a nation for simply attempting to restore order on their own territory.
