I have seen a similar video and claims or revolution with the Twisternock. What is the difference between the Turbo Nock and the Twisternock ? Is there a patent pending on either ?

@Greyarcher1
This is the us patent number 6203457
If you go to google patent search and type in that number you can read the patent.
It is pretty self explanatory.
Yes you can patent something with no moving parts.
Read and learn.

The TURBO NOCK is patented, I assume the Twister is also.
The Turbo has no moving parts and uses the twist in the nock much like rifling to make it spin.
The twister nock uses several moving parts and a spring to make it spin.
Common sense. I would not want to put a device with moving parts on the back of an arrow. That is a place where strength is also important. The turbo is also Solid glass filled nylon which stands up to hits quite well.
I would have concerns on the twster.

It seems like if you shot this product with a whisker biscuit rest it would affect the spin, because it would have a lot of friction with the thick whiskers when leaving the string. But im not sure. It just seems like that.

Actually just the opposite is true.
the whisker has nylon bristles which cause a lot of drag on conventional fletching.
The deadx and Hunter turbonocks go through the whisker with virtually no speed loss or vane wear.
we have a video on this site showing the whisker biscuit test.

I would assume the basic nock for a recurve should be matched to the feathers fletch orientation, but which twist - left or right?

Turbos only can be used with right twist.
usually takes a few shots to line it up to clear the shelf or rest.
your feathers will rotate approx. 45 degrees to the riser.
