  • Europe has always been jellous of Britain. Get out before those harlots stab you in the back with the final killing blow! Britain was once the incubator of liberty and freedom etc.. magna carta, John Locke......wake up Britain; prosperity and life do not await you in the company of Europe. The contentiant has always been a dark place of tyranny and oppression; Britain must continue to the light of Liberty!

  • @abstractbard Do yourself a favor and read some of the lectures from austrian economic school. Banks have no interest in giving credit to people that can't pay it back (and that was one of the things that collapsed the house market in USA) unless someone, you know, government for example, guarantees those credits. When people fiddle with the market and try to arbitrarily steer it one way or another, then trouble comes.

  • @mdecourcywheeler Of course it didn't cause the recession single-handedly but it has largely contributed to it by it's utter lack of any regulations what so ever. How can you call them "city workers" as if they actually produce anything, the main thing that market does is trade debt all around and more debt they generate the higher their bonuses are. They are the enemy that is much more dangerous than this pathetic byrocrats from Brussels.

  • @abstractbard secondly - "that London market" generates a vast amount of the UK's GDP and the tax revenue generated from city workers consists of over 40% of all money generated through income tax, not even mentioning how much they raise through the VAT of their expensive "luxury goods"

so before you get all bitter about politicians wanting to protect their largest income of money, remember who pays for your subsidies and services!

  • I notice at times, some left wing thugs on the this DH website/channel. As usual, they post derogatory comments towards Mr. Hannan and sometimes they approach with two faced, sort of backhanded comments towards Mr. Hannon or towards conservatism. Please remember, leftwings are thugs, like to intimidate, like to control. They like to pollute any thing that is conservative becuase they like to intrude in the few places left that are not dominated by their garbage and manipulation tacticts.

  • @abstractbard "that london market that nearly destroyed the whole fucking world"??? i dont even know where to start...

firstly- the london market (by which i assume your talking about the financial district more commonly known as "the city") didn't cause the global recession, in fact, no one financial district caused the recession, it was the inevitable outcome of a seamlessly flawed economic design.

  • Yeah, defend that London market that nearly destroyed the whole fucking world. You're no better than those birocratic wankers from the European commission, you serve to protect the high banking thieves
