Grantham needs many things, not least:

1. A52 bypass - the traffic in Grantham is terrible but there has been no progress on a bypass for many decades.

2. More and cheaper parking - costs and availability are outrageous for a town that wants to stimulate the local economy.

3. Completely new management at Grantham hospital - It's an absolute disgrace that the 3rd largest town in the county (and growing rapidly) has such run-down health facilities.

It's not rocket science - it's common sense.

Instead of showing 12% vacancy they should permit "pop up" shops for start up businesses on zero rent. Unfortunately the town planners permitted most of the Georgian town centre architecture to be damaged. Grantham could easily have been stamford with the surrounding wealth in the villages and London within 1hr.The saturday market is fantastic but not properly promoted. Marks and Spencer closed, despite the food section being busy. yet Newark has a full waitrose so there is clearly money
