JackieMac Jewellery and Art

It is tricky to catch the true nature of glass art in a photograph. It is much better to see such work in real life. However we wanted to give a brief overview of what Jackie and I do, even if we aren't totally happy with all the images.

We work from home in Nelson, New Zealand. Jackie started working with glass about 18 years ago, and she is well known for her leadlight windows. We no longer make windows, although Jackie may help with design and technical questions sometimes. I started to learn about glass when I married Jackie.

We believe that Jackie is one of the leaders in her field of dichroic glass work. People who wear her designs tell us that they get so many complements about their jewellery.

Beside selling our work at the iconic Nelson Saturday Market, we now supply a few selected galleries. We also have a web site as an aid to people who want to have pieces posted to them. The address is:

At this stage we are not available to teach this craft.
