@richpin06a Yes, it was the passlock relearn. I applied the fix and it's running now with cruise control. Thank you very much for all your help man.

@richpin06a I have a 2003 saturn vue. I added cruise control by adding the steering wheel with cruise control switches. I have a gm tech 2 scanner with gm software 27.001. The cruise control is not coming on after install. Does the computer need to be flashed by the tech 2? Do you need to be hooked into gm website for this to work? The cruise control light comes on.

@jrryno89 Yes you need to turn it on with the tech 2.I do not have this tool so i can not guide you on it's use.
