Butt Kicks - 1 min
KrissKross Jacks - 1 min
Jump Rope - 2 mins
Crunches (legs 90 degrees) - 1 min
Knee Tucks - 1 min
Alternating Ball Crunch - 1 min
Straight Leg Lifts - 1 min
Jumping Pullups - 1 min
Knee Raises - 1 min
Jumping Pullups - 1 min
Repeat a total of 2 times, or bring up the intensity with 3 times!!
