  • Very interesting vid, thank you! I've heard concerns about tufa, mainly in the risk of taking more from the environemnt faster than it can be replaced - that's one reason I've hesitated (apart from being able to get any!)

  • Tufa is fine, but I wonder if the salad of chopped yarrow and turnip and braised scoters will be all right on a tuff rock?
