See, this is what I like about mainland Europe. He's not harming anyone, so no one bothers him. If this was in the Uk I guarantee he wouldn't last five minutes before being arrested for 'breach of the peace' or some other bullshit charge. Let him be, he looks like he's having a great time.

its normal here, if the police say somthing that wil maby make him aggresief,

so they let those people just be, its no problem if jou do stuf like this if you dont harm other people,
