Hi everybody, in this video I show you how to strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles and butt (gluteus maximus muscles) using a simple standing technique with weights. This is a wonderful exercise to add to your sit ups and crunches routine to make sure you target your core so that you can achieve that flat strong stomach. The added bonus is that it also works your butt and hamstring muscles. You can do this exercise at the gym or at home. I recommend doing it at least 3 times per week.   • Hi, in addition to ab workouts like crunches and sit ups, and leg exercises for your legs and butt, I recommend you do cardio. Cardio will slim down those areas and reshape your body as you burn off excess fat and calories. You can choose whatever exercise you want to do, but keep it high intensity. Things like running, jogging, swimming, cycling, aerobics classes etc. will all help you slim down.

  • Hi, just start with even just one and keep adding as you can. Before you know it you will be able to do 5, then 10. Your body will respond by getting stronger each time you do them. Always leave a day off in between for your muscles to rest once you get up to 5 and beyond.

  • I hate doing pushups, what is an easier work out that gives the same result as pushups do?

  • Hi, you can lift weights. Be sure to work opposing muscle groups like first working your biceps then triceps.

  • hi, on the videos you post it always says stuff like add this to yor that,,, but i have no idea what i need to do like i want to excersis but i dont know what excersis,,,, i just fast walk for 30 minutes and do some of your videos,,, could u make a playlist of the excerises i should do after that? (i need a bigger butt, and thiner waist and thigh and flat stomach)

  • hi there, I really love watching your excercise videos, they really do get me motivated. However my problem is i never know where to start in terms of a full excercie routine that incorporates all the tips that you have given in your videos. I really want to work on toning my butt, my somach and my arms. I dont really have any weight to lose, but could do with tightening things up a little :) Any advice on what my excercise routine should consist of?
