I'm trying to understand how shopkeepers would not rise above the equality of the consumer. So basically I'm trying to figure out how it would work in an equality system everyone would remain equal. I've got ideas on how to make a system that would be better than what we have, my ideas are absent a money motivation.

I watched the CNN special on the everyday heroes and it moved me because at the time I was just seeing a lot of negativity in the world.
