Well mark young, yes I know we don't have real courts or real law anymore, that is first thing I learned. But the corrupt thugs do still follow their own laws. It is just that it is rare that someone beats these corrupt bastards, giving the illusion that they are unbeatable. They can and have been beaten, I know several people who have done it. Easy, nooo, but doable yes! And family courts are not quit as secret as you would believe, they now have audio records, I know I have one.

@unclefixer Some even have video. But most have neither video or audio. Most likely those who beat the system either have connections or spent lots and lots of money.

Great Stevie... now how do we stop them? I think I know how, it is a little discovery, called " The Law Of Voids" Fact: 99% of civil judgments and that is what child custody and child support are, are in fact no good. Yo go file what is called a collateral attack, ie attack the original case. The judge, corrupt as he/she is will have no choice but to get rid of this "void judgment". This means the whole case is likely no good from the start. You take away the money, and you stop them.

@unclefixer That presumes we have REAL courts with REAL judges, NOT. Our courts are under seige by teasonous judge impostors. The Constitution and REAL law is irrelevant in secret family courts. They don't give a damn about the LAW, they just do whatever the hell they want. Same with Fed courts in my experience.

It is amazing going through a divorce as a man. You are deemed guilty by gender and have to prove you are a fit parent, wereas the womanis not burdened with that. You are stripped of all your money and posetions with no regard for you as a human being.

I ended up giving up my children because the court is one sided and they only look out for the mother. In this case my ex-wife continued to lie and the courts just ate it up. Amador County is worthless. They say they are out for the children's best interest, but that is just a lie too.

Also, you can also prove that the police, social services and the courts are all conflict of interest and act in collusion every single time they are combined in a trial and I will tell you why. Everyone works for someone right? Well, sit back and think about who works for who in the law society. Thats right. Its a society. Therefore, they are automatically conflict of interest if they team up on you. Once again, call them out on the record for the record, get the transcripts and dance.

There is nothing stopping anyone from calling these people out on the record for the record, obtaining a copy of the transcripts before you even leave the courtroom and take this evidence, along with an independent news reporter, right to the attorney general. This cuts out the middle men, lawyers and all the other parasites who also wish to drain your money. This also makes there corruption public and there is no law that states you cant call out a judge behind the same doors they work behind.
