@aaronw47551 u do know ronnie lott played SS as well (although he played corner and fs also) during the time period u speak of right? So you are saying that john lynch is better than lott? Lynch could deliver big hits but aside from that was just average. Guys like ed reed and troy are better than him....I liked watching lynch play but to say he was the best safety at any time in his career would probably be considered insane.
