The take-home science message WRT the failed CAGW theory is that CO2 in this instance actually acts to PROTECT us from catastrophic solar heating by re-radiating 95% of the heat energy back out to space.

They get it wrong again. A black body radiating does not direct its radiation 180 degrees from it self back toward the source. That is a mirror effect. Not the effect of radiation. What they are seeing is light energy not being absorbed, by a black body, but the wave reaction too an obstruction, that is the confusing part for particle scientists, they have to go back to the 60's theory of wave/particle, radiation, to see why again.
