WOW, talk about ignorance!
FYI, this is an example of a Rube Goldberg Machine, named for a famous cartoonist. His drawings showed machines that were extremely complicated, but did very simple things. The Merriam-Webster Dictionary included the term back in 1931. THAT is how long these things have been around. So NO, genius, this is not a "rip-off" of some specific machine - people have been designing and producing these for DECADES.
