@isis6inc Hey Ma'm I have converted the pdf file but I have received message that it is too big file.Do we could not convert a big pdf files from this? I am waiting for your response. Thanks Shery

@bellsandoor did you ever receive anything from them? By the way sometimes it takes a little longer if you are converting a big file.

@mgarc79 & @pureltachi -Sometimes it take a little longer if you are trying to process a big file. Aside from that check your junk mail. I have had instances when its taken longer if i'm working with a pdf that's over 30 page long.
