Darkside is scarier in a way, but Twilight Thorn is more cool looking and difficult I think. Plus the music is just plain awesome.

Then what creates Darkside and Twilight Thorn? It takes a strong heart to make a Nobody, so the thorn's in the top two of Nobody ranks. At the same time, you need a lot of darkness in your heart to make something as monsterous as Darkside.
