@skaterandy13 Actually, anti-glare is really a personal preference but yes, of course it's better. It's the same as asking if Polarized lenses are better than non-polarized. It reduces and can eliminate all glare. It's really a personal choice but it does help. If you're on the computer or watch TV, etc, you should really consider anti-glare coating. Also applies for being on the road or on water a lot of the time. Hope that helps.
