is this an offshoot of 5 rhythms or a continuation off it....? would love an aswer! so interested in this.

long story short...
Ya'Acov and Susannah were for a long time Gabrielle's close friends, students and 5 rhythms teachers. Recently they have split apart from the 5Rhytms teachers circle in order to start their own school of movement medicine which does have a lot of it's roots in 5 rhythms, but has also a lot of influences of other teachings they have been studying over the years.
My chioce is 5rhythms, but still I do believe Ya'Acov and Susannah are both great teachers and have a lot to offer.

please can you tell me is there and what is the connection between movement medicine and gabrielle roth's five rythms?
did this practice come out of 5 rythms? if so, why did it make a separation from the 5 rythms?

Maybe there should have been some oldies dancing on it, but the reality is Movement Medicine keeps you young and beautiful ;) in spirit! And far less ordinary. Anyway I saw some grey hairs!!

This is a really interesting comment. Of the 25 people at this event how many do you think are under 30 and how many over 50? Is there anyone over 60? I think you are spot on when say Movement Medicine keeps you young and beautiful!
