Why not kill the nemesis and mitigate some damage, or get a free kill?
And since you are already -10 why not just bubble the gate?

@klye113 You cannot use a Warp Disruption Field in a 0.4 system. The only reason I hung out at this gate after local spiked was so they would stay interested while my backup arrived. Unfortunately they never made the 3 jumps in time. Its always in good fun and ships are easily replaced.
